The range will be available exclusively in Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores and online from April 12th.

The original range of Flump, Fruit Salad, Black Jack and Dip Dab lollies sold out repeatedly in Summer 2020, and now the range is back, bigger and better than ever.

The exciting new flavours, inspired by iconic sweet shop favourites, are Wham Bars (£2.00, 4 pack), Sherbet Fountain (£2.00, 4 pack), Foam Banana (£2.00, 4 pack), Cola Bottle (£2.00, 6 pack), Milk Bottle (£2.00, 6 pack), Strawberry Milkshake (£2.00, 6 pack), Nougat (£2.00, 4 pack) and Anglo Bubbly (£2.00, 6 pack). The treats are designed to perfectly recreate that feeling of enjoying a special sweet and many of the treats include a fun nod to their original family favourite sweet namesakes.

The Wham Bar (£2.00, 4 pack) ice lolly delivers an unmistakeable hit of sour flavour, while the Sherbet Fountain lolly is a fizzy delight on a stick of real liquorice. The Cola Bottle (£2.00, 6 pack), Milk Bottle (£2.00, 6 pack) and Strawberry Milkshake (£2.00, 6 pack) treats come in a fun bottle shape and the Foam Banana (£2.00, 4 pack) is a banana shaped ice cream with the distinctive flavour of foam banana sweets.

The range features something for everyone, with the crowd pleasing flavours designed to satisfy the whole family as a frozen treat for all ages to enjoy. Shoppers at The Food Warehouse are in for an extra sweet treat with bigger packs of the well-known flavours everybody knows and loves, including: Flump Ice Cream Lolly (£4.00, 17 pack), Fruit Salad (£5.00, 15 pack) and Black Jack (£5.00, 15 pack).

Health-conscious ice cream lovers will be thrilled that the Flump Ice Cream lolly (£4.00, 17 pack) is set to stay – with just 55 kcals per lolly, it’s the ideal summer treat as part of a balanced diet.

Russell Tanner, marketing and category director at Barratt, said: “When working on this range it was so important to us that these ice cream lollies authentically delivered the fun and fizzy experience of eating the original sweets. We know Barratt fans will expect nothing less than the best from these products and we’re confident we’ve delivered that.

“After extensive product testing we’re certain that Iceland shoppers will love the new additions to the range. They’re classic sweet shop favourites as you’ve never seen them before.”

Sally Bentley, Senior Desserts Buyer from Iceland, added: “We’ve been thrilled with the success of the Barratt partnership so far and clearly the range resonates with our customers, who tell us they love the taste as well as the experience of enjoying these ice lollies.

“As an Iceland exclusive there’s nowhere else to get your fix of Barratt sweet shop ice creams.”

The Barratt brand was founded in 1848 by George Osborne Barratt, but the products as we know them were not launched until the 1920s. Fruit Salad and Black Jack came first, followed by the popular Sherbet Fountain in 1925.

The ice lollies will be available in packs of four or six, MRRSP £2, from Monday 12th April in Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores and online.
