Atlas Converting To Launch Titan ER610-DT Compact Slitter At K Show in Dusseldorf

Each day we will run shows at 1100hrs and 1430hrs. Our stand is at Hall 3 Stand 3B91 where the world will witness the launch of the new Titan ER610-DT Compact Slitter.

The two demonstrations every day will run at 600m/min demonstrating the new design and it’s ground breaking efficiencies.

This is a Compact Dual Turret Slitter Rewinder to maximise productivity, processing web widths up to 1650mm (65") at up to 600m/min (2000ft/min)

From three years in research and development, with multi-million-pound investment in new parts design and processes, this new Compact Slitter Rewinder demonstrates unparalleled build standards with solid and dependable engineering from the outset. The ER610-DT project ensured unequalled combinations of operator safety, yet huge productivity improvements and reduced machine download times.

This model takes the compact elements of the ER610 and is considerably enhanced with the inclusion of Turret rewinding, automatic cross cut and independent rewind drives with options for both differential and lock rewinding capabilities. Our aim is to offer higher productivity and slitter efficiencies to a broad and price conscious market, whilst maintaining the pedigree and heritage for Titan build quality and reliability.
