Ultrascape Specified For Luxury Residential Development In Dubai

UltraScape flowpoint tropical, in natural grey, was adopted to grout 5700m² of granite stone pavers around the development. The work was carried out by one of Dubai’s premier landscaping contractors, Proscape LLC.

UltraScape flowpoint is a flowable grout which conforms to the strict requirements of British Standard 7533, a tried and tested method that removes the uncertainty of site batched mortars and offers, when installed correctly, a minimum construction life of 40 years. It allows for large areas of paving to be grouted quickly and with ease and can be used to fill joints from 5mm to 50mm and as deep as 200mm in one application. Due to its fast setting capabilities, flowpoint can be opened to pedestrian traffic after 1 hour and vehicular traffic after 4 hours, making it ideal for projects where disruption needs to be kept to a minimum.

UltraScape flowpoint is available in charcoal and natural grey and in three varieties; Original, eco – containing 20% recycled material and Smooth – a fine grade providing a seamless surface, offering the perfect finish for every type of project. It has been developed over a number of years to provide a durable finish which will not crack or stain – even in the extremely hot temperatures in Dubai.
