Naylor took over the family business on the death of his father Alan in 1993. Over the last 24 years, he has overseen a programme of modernisation and diversification which has seen the turnover quadruple. Most recently, bringing on the next generation has been an area of focus, with the company introducing dozens of apprentices into the world of work.
