Each machine is designed to pack a wide size range of chilled meat products at speeds of up to 100 cartons per minute.
At present, the company has a number of Jacob Whites manual TFS (Top Flap Sealer) cartoners, but due to a rise in production requirements the company have decided to upgrade their equipment to increase effiency.
Both of the Machines, NS-X5, are to be fitted with an inline Markam-Image printer. This unit will be mounted within the cartoners framework to ensure no increase in the overall foot print of the system.
