Automatic Cartoner For Boutique Range Of Cartons
One of the leading UK suppliers of tissues has purchased an automatic cartoner for their Boutique range of cartons
Following last years successful installation of a Jacob White automatic production line for family sized tissues, this second production line has been fitted with a pre-break rotary vacuum pick off system, to ensure consistent carton erection of the square boutique carton format.
The flat tissues are taken from the customers conveyoring and timed into the Jacob White transfer system, where the tissues are formed into the shape of the boutique format.
The formed tissues are then loaded into the cartons and sealed at speeds up to 125 cartons per minute.
Tissues are a major sector for the Jacob White Group, with machines installed around the world.
