Bainbridge brings extensive international manufacturing and operational leadership experience to Eriez, having held senior positions with companies including JELD-WEN, REHAU, Masco and Belkin.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across multi-site manufacturing environments, driving improvements in performance, supply chain management, organisational effectiveness and profitability. He is well-versed in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Following this transition period, he will expand his efforts across the broader enterprise, helping advance the company's worldwide production goals.
"Graeme's extensive experience leading complex manufacturing businesses and driving operational transformation makes him an excellent addition to the Eriez leadership team," said Eric Nelson, Vice President, Global Operations.
