Xylem Showcases Its Analytical Offering

A number of key products will be on show including the ADP440+ Polarimeter used to determine the purity or blend ratios of optically active compounds within the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as the popular RFM340+ refractometer that is often found alongside the Titroline® titrator; both of which being commonly used in the food and beverage industries to determine critical concentrations of sugars and acids in soft drinks, sauces and confectionery products.

Additionally, the YSI 2900 Series of biochemistry analyzers will be on show. The 2900 is capable of measuring a wide range of important chemistries and key nutrients applicable to critical bioprocess monitoring, fermentation control and bio-fuel research as well as use within food & beverage processing applications; all in less than a minute!

The YSI 2900 Series is a flexible modular platform with a range of configurations, options and accessories to meet laboratory needs. The base platform is the YSI 2900 with the new 2950 platform being configurable with up to 3 sensor modules capable of measuring up to 6 chemistries from Glucose, Lactate, Glutamine, Glutamate, Xylose, Ethanol, Methanol, Sucrose, Galactose, Lactose, Choline, Glycerol and Hydrogen Peroxide; plus Ammonium and Potassium by way of ISE.

Large touch screen, integrated auto sampler, unique anti-clogging design, flexible sampling including 96 well plate and flexible connectivity, complete the package; making the 2900 Series the instrument of choice for the laboratory.

New technology has also been applied to the instruments of Bellingham + Stanley. Latest high definition displays facilitate measurement in the harshest of environments, whilst up to 4000 measurement results may now be stored on-board for later recall at the touch-of-a-button.

A range of UKAS Accredited Certified Reference Materials for refractometers and polarimeters will also be on show.
