The facility will include a 200 plus capacity beer hall and distillery to make spirits for it’s own chain of pubs, in addition to Everards traditional brewing facilities which were founded in 1849.

The Naylor Thermachem drainage will provide resistance to the high temperatures and chemicals discharged during the CIP (Clean In Place) operation at the brewery. Ensuring chemicals used on site are contained and helping to ensure the site look after its natural surroundings.

Naylor worked with WSP Consultant Engineers during the design phase to ensure the pipes would provide the correct level of chemical resistance and to advise on the most appropriate coupling solution. Naylor technical staff visited site to train Hannon Brothers ground workers on correct installation techniques.

Pipe Diameter: DN100 and DN150
Total Metres: 165M
Coupling Type: Chemical Band-Seal with Fluoropolymer Liner

Groundwork Contractor: Hannon Brothers
