This system combines few-cycle pulse duration <8 fs, µJ level energy and a high repetition rate of hundreds of kilohertz to several MHz. This unique light source from the venteon OPCPA can enhance applications benefiting from high photon flux, high intensity, broad bandwidth and ultrashort pulse duration. The venteon OPCPA is particularly useful for; High Harmonic Generation and XUV Spectroscopy, Surface Science, COLTRIMS, Nonlinear Applications or Spectroscopy Methods.

Also being exhibited at Photonics West this year is the taccor comb, our first ever 1 GHz frequency comb! An extension to the existing successful taccor range, the taccor comb is our newly launched 1 GHz turn-key Ti:Sapphire frequency comb with exceptional supercontinuum typically 1 µW per mode and easy access to VIS and NIR ranges. Alongside the comb on our ultrafast table will be; the taccor x10, a turn-key femtosecond laser with a 10 GHz repetition rate; the venteon ultra, producer of the shortest available pulse, <5 fs; and the HASSP-THz, a fully configured time-domain THz spectrometer. Our ultrafast range is relevant to a vast range of applications, including; Metrology and Frequency Combs, ASynchronous Optical Sampling (ASOPS) and High Harmonic Generation.

Our instantly recognisable, illuminated Q’s will be displaying our range of continuous wave products renowned for their robust and reliability characteristics, recently highlighted in our gem vs. video series available on our website. Some CW lasers on display include; the ventus, available in a wide variety of wavelengths, 473 – 1064 nm, and the finesse, a high powered laser with an exceptional beam quality.
