The SMC TL-90 DC-ELV, one of the most efficient extra low voltage mobile lighting towers on the market, and the TL-90E LED will be showcased at this major event as the company looks to raise its international profile as part of a global growth strategy.

Efficient and robust, and with the reputation for quality and safety from the SMC brand, the new models are expected to appeal particularly to the construction and rail sectors.

The SMC TL-90 DC-ELV is a compact and easy-to-transport mobile lighting tower with four 300W powerful LED lamp heads offering directional, clear and crisp light. It offers high performance from its Perkins 402D-05G engine for fuel efficiency, super silent operation and up to 165 hours of uninterrupted operation.

The new model has already attracted interest Down Under as Morris Site Machinery has supplied 100 to Coates Hire, the largest equipment rental company in Australia.

The SMC TL-90E LED is a high efficiency LED lighting tower powered by the Kubota Z482 1500rpm engine, with low emissions, reliability and improved fuel efficiency providing up to 172 hours of uninterrupted super silent operation. Both lighting towers have the Advanced Safety System fitted as standard.

Phil Winnington, Managing Director, said: “Bauma is a key event and as a leading manufacturer with global ambitions we understand the importance of exhibiting there. We are actively seeking sales and service partners in various regions of the world to come and talk with us.

“We believe in the quality and design of our products and are excited about showing the SMC TL-90 DC-ELV and the SMC TL-90E LED on an international stage for the first time.

“We expect their debuts to spark interest because they have been developed to meet market demand. We can deliver technical innovation and the most robust and efficient products to the sectors we serve.”
