Affinity255 heavy commercial luxury vinyl tiles in the Saw Mill Oak design were installed in communal meeting areas at the centre free of charge by Manchester based flooring retailers Pauls Floors with help from other local fitters.

The Beechwood Cancer Care Centre is a charity offering counselling, complementary therapies and group sessions to cancer patients and their families. The centre’s refurbishment was possible thanks to the £120,000 raised by the charity’s Silver Wing Appeal marking their 25 year anniversary.

Paul Southworth of flooring contractors Pauls Floors commented, “The Beechwood Cancer Care Centre have helped some close friends of ours through a really tough time over the last year hence why we wanted to do what we could. It's an amazing place.”

Available in a variety of modern and traditional wood effect designs featuring authentic surface textures, tonal hues and grain detailing, the hard wearing Affinity255 collection of heavy commercial luxury vinyl tiles has been developed to create welcoming interiors that can cope with high levels of foot traffic.

This 2mm gauge floorcovering can be easily installed along other 2mm gauge products, blending seamlessly with Polyflor’s heterogeneous, homogeneous and slip resistant safety flooring ranges. The range also features cross linked and UV cured polyurethane reinforcement (PUR) which offers a simple cleaning and maintenance regime.

Affinity255 samples can be ordered free of charge on the Polyflor website or by calling the Polyflor Samples Direct Hotline on 0161 767 2551. Achieving a BRE A+ rating in major use areas, Affinity255 is also 100% recyclable via the Recofloor recycling scheme and contains an average of 40% recycled content.
