Sidhil has been investing in a presence at overseas trade shows for some time, building up significant export business across the Middle East.

With the Arab Health Exhibition & Congress now the largest healthcare exhibition and medical congress serving this region, and the second largest in the world after Medica, the show continues to provide Sidhil with a valuable shop window for its range of healthcare products.

This is the sixth time Sidhil has exhibited at Arab Health, and the company’s presence has increased year on year, both in terms of stand space and range of products exhibited. This year, the displays focused on Sidhil’s innovative Monitor. Alert, Protect (MAP) system, a continuous bedside pressure monitoring facility providing a real time visual ‘pressure map’ giving care staff accurate detail on each individual patient.

In addition, the stand featured the Innov8 iQ and Innov8 Low beds, as well as the Artemis fully automatic dynamic mattress, accommodating Very High Risk patients up to and including Grade IV pressure ulcers and incorporating automatic and intuitive pressure adjustment, with internal pressures determined by the individual patient’s weight.

Sidhil products are increasingly recognised within healthcare markets in the Middle East for their performance, flexibility and quality, and during the course of the exhibition Sidhil welcomed visitors from Asia, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Europe to the stand.

“We always make best se of time at the exhibition to meet up with our existing, long established distributors in the market, covering future plans and emerging opportunities,” explained marketing manager Kim Robinson. “It was an excellent show for us, with 75 new, good quality leads from countries including Africa, Iran, India and Pakistan, and we are already planning to participate again in 2017.”
