Our eagerly awaited next generation of confectionery depositors - the Universal - feature a wealth of new features including 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control. The technology use in these new machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.

Also on display will be our most popular confectionery depositor, the Omega and the innovative Epsilon Tabletop Depositor, which can produce an endless variety of mouth-watering cakes, muffins and biscuits in minutes. They are designed to replicate the traditional time-consuming hand movements of the master confectioner - effortlessly - with speed and reliability.

Perfect Portion Control Each & Every Time
A NEW addition to our already extensive product range is the CakePortioner which is designed to take the time and effort out of slicing soft round cakes and desserts. This innovative, patent-pending machine, quickly and easily up to 120 cakes per hour and operates with cakes from 152-305mm diameter and with a height of between 25-178mm.
