CTG's Marketing Director, Richard Burt will be on hand to explain how using cutting edge optical technology and building on the foundations of over 50 years' design experience, the FastBallast Compliance Monitor is sensitive enough to detect at the levels required by the IMO D2 standard.

Why FastBallast?

Static sampling mode provides results in less than a minute and allows Port State Control to make rapid assessment of compliance.

FastBallast is capable of operating in flow-through mode allowing the user to gain a more representative sample by analysing a larger volume of the discharge.

Designed with ship engineers in mind, FastBallast provides an intuitive Red, Amber, Green compliancy rating on an easy read, touch screen display.

FastBallast is also available as an integrated variant which can be installed alongside Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS). This version provides a continuous update on discharge compliance and can be used as a means of process control for BWTS.

CTG has built up a reputation for globally supplying ship based systems to both military and civil operators over a number of years. These systems have been installed on ferries, research vessels, yachts and tankers. We are delighted to be sponsoring the BWMTech Conference and passing on our sensor technology knowledge to the wider community.
