New Automatic Production Line For Major Biscuit Producers

The line consists of two product handling systems taking flowrapped biscuits in trays from two lines at speeds up to 75 trays per line.

Using the product handling transfer units, the biscuits are fed into a NSX5 automatic cartoner at a maximum speed of 150 products per minute.

The NSX5 then loads the trayed biscuits into erected cartons before sealing them and dispatching the cartons onto customers’ conveyors.

There are two sizes of product set to run through the NSX5 which has the flexibility to operate on a wide range of sizes with minimal change over times.

The NSX5 is manufactured in stainless steel, controlled by a PLC touch screen system and is very user friendly having digital readouts on most adjustment points when size changing.
