New Production Line For UK Firelighters

The system consists of a NSX5 automatic cartoner, wraparound case packer, product handling units, transfer systems and conveyoring.

Jacob White’s equipment is fed from two lines of firelighters of various sizes and has a combined top speed of 120 cartons per minute.

Various collations are catered for within the case packer to provide our customer with as much flexibility as possible for different carton and case sizes.

Jacob White formed a strong partnership with their customer to over come the many issues that arose during the negotiations and manufacture of this production line.

The system has provided a cost effective system and a significant increase in output capabilities.
