The oil exporting states of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have benefited from high growth over a sustained period and have ambitious plans to diversify their economies and to meet the aspirations of their growing populations.

This development is creating more opportunities than ever in these markets for British businesses, across a whole range of sectors, including education and training, defence and security, construction and energy.

• Cultural advice on the values, expectations and motiviations driving Middle Eastern counterparts

• Practical experiences of doing business in the region, including the pitfalls to avoid and challenges to overcome

Funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), this event will commence with registration and light refreshments from 5.00 pm, with the presentations beginning at 5.30 pm. The evening will draw to a close at 7.30 pm followed by a networking buffet supper.
