The research project focuses in particular on the dynamics and efficacy of the export management role. In an increasingly dynamic and global economy, the development and implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies is fundamental to the success of UK exporting firms.

However, in assessing the success of UK exporting companies there is little knowledge of the critical role that export sales managers play in achieving export-related performance objectives.

By completing the questionnaire, your valuable opinions will assist current European-wide research into the factors that facilitate or obstruct the strategic decision making of export managers.

As a result, an objective of the research is that the information provided by you will assist export managers in making important strategic decisions and provide invaluable insight into the organisation and control of export sales activities, as well as informing future policy.

We would be extremely grateful if you could take just a few minutes of your time to fill in the questionnaire on Survey Monkey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DHY6QKW

All responses remain confidential and the results of the study can be provided on request. By providing us with these details you are helping to ensure the development of future strategies that will benefit UK export companies.
