Southport based company Inciner8 Limited has formally acquired Summerlin Engineering Limited. This merger is a strategic transaction that will give growth, strength and security to both companies. It is anticipated that the combination will represent significant expansion opportunities for both their incinerator supply business including the development of new products, and for their sub-contract expertise.
