The service eliminates costly delivery charges and the inconvenience of missed home deliveries. Payment is made in store on collection which removes the need for revealing card details online and allows those unable to pay by card to shop online. It also avoids the frustration of not finding an item in store and a wasted trip.

Click and Collect is about the shopper and is already a popular shopping trolley service provided by many major online stores. One of the few equestrian brands providing the service, Bridleway offers Click and Collect currently through 18 participating independent retail stores although this is expected to increase as more people use the service.

The Bridleway brand was created in 2009 by a group of independent retailers from across the country that joined forces to develop an exclusive range of quality equestrian goods.

Bridleway products are only available from independent retailers, the lifeblood of the consumer equestrian market, more often than not family owned, able to offer free advice and a wide choice of product. These people have something special and that’s knowledge. Knowledge of the market, the product and the customer and this is something that is key to the brand’s success.
