This framework simplifies the ordering process for NHS Trusts, ensures continuity of supply and guarantees excellent products and services all without the need for further tendering, thereby streamlining the entire procurement process.

This accolade means that the Leicester based uniform manufacturer are one of only five suppliers approved by NHS Shared Business Services to supply to the NHS. Grahame Gardner were assessed alongside other potential suppliers on a number of criteria, including price, assurance of supply, service, quality and discounts. Being appointed onto the framework means Grahame Gardner has been independently accessed as capable of providing a range of products for the NHS that fulfil quality and budgetary needs and meet all legislative requirements.

Sales Director, Simon Ward comments on this recent achievement:-
“We are over the moon to have been accepted onto this framework.. The entire team have worked very hard to put together an attractive package and their hard work has really paid off. Over the past few years we have been through some massive changes in order to make ourselves more competitive to the NHS. These changes were essential for Grahame Gardner to survive in a very difficult marketplace – and it is very encouraging to see they are having the impact we hoped.”

This new contract secures Grahame Gardner as an approved supplier to the NHS, potentially until 2015.
