Horizon Paving Are Instarmac Group Latest Overseas Licensee For Ultrascape Paving Products

The Ultrascape mortar paving range consists of Pro-Bed HS fine bedding mortar, Pro-Prime slurry primer, Flowpoint rapid set flowable grout, and Cempoint gun injected mortar. Joint Fix sand stabilizer and surface sealer and EP-R9 epoxy resin mortar are also available to compliment the system.

Horizon Paving are already successfully using Ultrascape Flowpoint to complete a project in Auckland and have invited a group of businesses from the local area to see the product in action. Attendees so far include, Dominion Construction, Contrax, Pavecraft and Design Source, who are all involved with paving construction in the city of Auckland. Horizon Paving have been working hard with Auckland City Council to further develop the specification of their BS7533 streetscape range of mortars.

Ultrascape Flowpoint is a rapid set flowable grout formulated for early trafficking that conforms to the strict demands of the British Standard (BS7533, pavements constructed with clay, natural stone or concrete pavers).

Ultrascape Flowpoint will fill joint widths from 5mm to 50mm and joint depths of up to 200mm in one pour. The rapid set qualities of Flowpoint enable areas to be opened to foot traffic in one hour and vehicular traffic in four hours.

Peter Robinson, of Peter Robinson Contracting commented that Ultrascape Flowpoint is very easy to use as it is a pre-blended product – simply add water, pour, wash and finish! He also went on to say that Flowpoint does not leave any residue on the surface of the paving during the wash-off period – no staining!
