Green Leaves Logistics have the environment at the heart of everything they do – a philosophy shared by Instarmac International. With the help of their partners, Green Leaves Logistics support the world’s best climate crisis solutions, such as renewable energy generation and rainforest protection.

For every sea, air or road shipment they forward, Green Leaves Logistics removes more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than each shipment emits. Instarmac International are delighted to work with Green Leaves Logistics for container sea shipments to long haul destinations – a partnership that is predicted to result in 750 trees planted around the world and 15,000 CO₂ kg avoided in the next 12 months. This is a huge step forward for Instarmac International and brings them closer to reaching their goal of being a Net Zero, world-class business.

Their partnership with Green Leaves Logistics is the latest in a long line of environmental initiatives successfully implemented at Instarmac. In 2022 alone, Instarmac have introduced CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) lorries to their fleet, increased the number of hybrid or fully electric company vehicles, changed all lightbulbs to energy efficient LED bulbs, amplified the volume of green materials in their product formulations and introduced recycled packaging.

All of these commitments have resulted in a 16% improvement in Instarmac’s carbon footprint –a figure they are hoping to reduce by another 5% by the end of 2022.
