As the industry continues to grow, coatings manufacturers around the world are looking to meet increasing demand with sustainable solutions that boost productivity. With over 85 years of experience, Russell Finex is committed to providing proven solutions to help liquid and powder coatings manufacturers to meet their production goals.

Offering a range of solutions, Russell Finex specializes in machines such as high-capacity sieves, to sieve products down to smaller micron sizes, and self-cleaning filters which eliminate waste. In the past, they have helped leading global suppliers like Jotun to meet their capacity requirements. Using the Russell Vibrasonic Deblinding System®, Jotun managed to optimize their production, eliminating mesh blinding which also reduced production downtime to increase their overall productivity.

For liquid coatings manufacturers, Russell Finex have also previously worked with Farrow & Ball to optimize their paint filtration using two Russell Eco Filter® units. The group managed to increase their production rate by 100% compared to their old filter, while also reducing waste thanks to the filter’s reusable elements. Without the need to replace filter bags or cartridges, there were also fewer disruptions to production, further improving efficiency.

For other coating separation options, Russell Finex continues to design and engineer market-leading solutions that cater to the industry’s growing production demands. Established in 1935, Russell Finex is a global leader in sieving and filtration solutions.
