We can offer older Koppens Formers refurbished to good guaranteed working condition at under half the price of this. In the refurbishment we put in new logic control systems and sensors so the control system can be backed up with current spares.

The hydraulic and pneumatic systems are fully tested, all rams are sent to a specialist hydraulic company where seals are replaced and the rams pressure tested. New pneumatic valves and pipework are fitted and tested.

In the refurbishment motors are tested and bearings replaced along with bushes and seals, in all a very thorough engineering process where we supply reliable machines with a life span of many years.

Mould plates are made new by a CNC precision engineering company so most mould plate shapes can be incorporated along with standard knock out or air assisted knock out. The Koppens name was taken on by CFS and later on by GEA all well known brands.
