BIOGAS 3000 has been designed to enable site operations to maximise gas production yield and protect expensive capital equipment from the damaging contaminant gases contained within the production process.

The BIOGAS 3000 is a next generation fixed analyser that offers optimal continuous monitoring of the gas production process, utilising up to four sample points assessing CH4, CO2,O2, H2S and H2 levels. This forms part of the overall AD solution provided by Geotech in conjunction with a range of portable gas analysers.

The BIOGAS 3000 design builds on previous analyser strengths and incorporates easy installation in under four hours with full on-site maintenance of all parts. Alongside this careful consideration has been given to the varied environments that the analyser will be installed around the world, with specific protection designed in to deal with extreme weather conditions and also moisture created in the gas stream.
