Blue Chip Tissue Manufacturer Orders Second Cartoner

Jacob White Packaging has just received a second order from a renowned world wide blue chip company in the tissue industry for a NSX6 automatic cartoner

The production line provided by Jacob White will operate at 120 cartons per minute taking the tissues from the tissue logsaw face down and transferring them into the cartoners infeed pockets.

Once in the machines infeed section, they are transferred through the NSX6 in continuos motion and loaded into erected cartons that are then sealed using a hot melt spray-gluing system.

On dispatched from the cartoner the completed boxes are electronically checked to ensure they are sealed correctly y and then turned through 180 degrees so that the carton opening as at the top.

Conveyoring takes the completed boxes through to a case packer to collate them ready to be placed into outer cases.

This system is a proven design that provides increased product and labour saving benefits.
