Queen’s Awards for Enterprise - International TradeMr Vincent Ferguson, CEO, was delighted to achieve this prestigious award on behalf of the company. ‘Receiving the Queen’s award for Enterprise - International trade is the highest accolade awarded to outstanding companies in export achievement in the UK. We are extremely proud to have been acknowledged for our success and hard work.

Following on from this honour, the firm received a visit from the Lord Lieutenant, a royal representative, who presented INCINER8 Limited with a crystal bowl and an invitation to attend a lavish reception at Buckingham Palace in November.

The event was held in a marquee in Southport. Clients, customers, suppliers and staff attended the event. A tour of the premises was arranged. The Lord Lieutenant showed great interest in the Company’s British manufactured products and the day was hailed a great success. Mr. David Summerlin, who coordinates the build of all the incinerator units said “The visit by Dame Lorna, Lord Lieutenant, reminded all involved of the high level of achievement this award signifies. All staff felt very proud and rightly so given their hard work and dedication to help INCINER8 achieve this prestigious award”.

On the 13th November Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson, directors of the firm, attended the reception at Buckingham Palace. Mr. Ferguson said, “It was a tremendous boost, not only for us but also for British industry. Recognition of our work and products will give us the encouragement we need not only to maintain our high standards but to strive for the highest level of success in our field”.

He added, “Attending the reception at Buckingham Palace was an unforgettable experience. The Queen had also selected INCINER8 Ltd as a company she specifically wished to talk to at the reception, which was of course an additional honour. Her Majesty was wonderful, sharp and witty and she instantly made us feel at ease.
