Plasmapro System100 Multi Chamber ToolThe PlasmaPro System100 cluster tool will facilitate research into new materials, cell concepts, and process characterisation applicable to crystalline silicon cell development. The system will be installed at Hanwha Solar America’s Advanced PV Research Laboratory based in Santa Clara, California, USA.
